What is PBIS?
PBIS is a school-wide approach to promote positive behavior and create a safe, supportive learning environment for all students. It focuses on teaching and rewarding students for displaying respectful, responsible, and ready behaviors both in and out of the classroom.
Lynx Loot: A Fun Way to Earn Rewards!
At our school, students can earn Lynx Loot as a reward for showing these positive behaviors. They can then spend their Lynx Loot to earn fun prizes, making good behavior an exciting and tangible experience. Students can track how much Lynx Loot they have earned through PBIS Rewards, an app on their iPad.
Reward Parties Every Quarter
To keep things fun and motivating, the school hosts reward parties every quarter for students who consistently display good behavior. It’s a great way to celebrate students' efforts and encourage continued success!
