Welcome to Mrs. Winburn's ESL Page!!

 

Hello, and welcome to my class! My name is Mrs. Jenna Winburn and I will be your child's ESL teacher for this year! I am very excited to start my 19th year of teaching for Bartlett City Schools. This year I will be the ESL teacher for Bon Lin Middle School and at Bartlett Elementary . Previously, I taught for six years at Southwind Elementary.  I have taught 4th grade for eight years, 5th grade for one year, and 2nd grade for eleven years.  This year is my 5th year being an ESL teacher.

I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in Martin, Tennessee, in 1998. In 2010, I graduated from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, with my Master’s degree in Education.

I have a wonderful husband, one daughter who is a sophomore in college, one son who is a senior at BHS. My parents live in the Bartlett area, so I am spoiled to see them a lot. I am the first one in my family to enter this profession. Both of my parents are pastors! I love teaching in the Bartlett community, and I look forward to getting to know everyone.
