Academic Exploration (AE) Class Requests 2024-2025
All students will be enrolled in four core classes (Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies), a MAPS, and an Academic Exploration (AE) class. Most students will participate in a Quarterly Rotation as their AE class and engage in enrichment activities each quarter; in addition to our Quarterly Rotation, we have other AE options for students who score in Tier I on their benchmark assessments.

Using the Class Registration tab in PowerSchool, students should mark their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices in the order of their interest. The list attached in PowerSchool is a proposed list and will depend upon student selection and teacher availability. Students may not change their AE class after the start of school; therefore, students should make their selections carefully. Students who do not submit selections will be placed where space is available. You can click here for a tutorial video on making your selections in PowerSchool.
